Ingredients:
Ragi flour 1 Cup
Suji 1/2 Cup
Curd 1/2 Cup
Onion 1 pc
Capsicum 1/2 pc
Carrot 1/2 pc
Tomato 1/2 pc
Ghee 3 Tsp
Preparation:
Mix the Ragi flour, Suji and Curd into a batter by adding water and keep it aside
In a pan, heat 2 tsp Ghee, add 1 tsp Rai, a few Curry Leaves, 1/2” grated Ginger, 1 Green Chilli chopped finely
Now add 1 finely chopped Onion, 1/2 finely chopped Capsicum, 1/2 grated Carrot
Cook for few minutes and add 1 finely chopped Tomato
Add Haldi, Red Chilli powder and Salt to taste
Add this mixture to the Ragi batter and let it rest for 15 minutes
Heat a Pan and put a ladle full of the mixture on it, and spread into a round Cheela/ Pancake
Add some Ghee on the sides, cover it and cook for 2 minutes
Flip the Pancake and cook on the other side
Serve hot with Chutney of your choice
